Copy Machines
The copy machine provide single-sided and double-sided copies. Black and White copies are 20¢ for a single-sided page or 40¢ for a double-sided page. Color copies are 50¢ for a single-sided page or $1.00 for a double-sided page.
Fax Service
Scan-to-fax service is available on the Self-Serve Scan/Fax Station. Faxing is $1.25 per page and can be paid using cash or credit/debit card. Please note there are no refunds for faxing.
Printing
Printing is available at the public computers in Black and white or color. Black and white printing is 20¢ per page. Color Printing is 50¢ per page. Print jobs from public computers are picked up at the Circulation Desk with your library card. Print charges must be paid before the print job is released.
Mobile Printing
To print to the library printer from your mobile device or a remote location such as your home:
- Attach your print job (Word document, PDF, Excel file, etc.) to an email message
- Type the email address rsvlibrary@gmail.com in the “to” field
- Type PRINT in the subject field
- In the body of the message include any instructions about printing – black and white or color or page selection for instance.
The Library staff will not release the print job until you arrive to pick it up and pay for it. Mobile Print jobs can be picked up at the Information Desk.
Scanning Services
Scan to your flash drive, email, phone, or Google Drive for free. Document sizes can be up to an 11×17 sheet, and color scanning is available. Our scanner can also scan photographs. Please see a librarian for assistance.
Study Rooms
The library has two study rooms available on a first come, first served basis. See the librarian at the Information Desk for access. Only two individuals are allowed in a study room at the same time. For more information see our Study Room Policy.
Supplies
A select amount of office supplies such as pens, pencils, highlighters, envelopes and earbuds are available for purchase (cash only) at the Circulation Desk.
